Answer:According to Circular No. 13-TT/TU dated April 26, 2025 of the Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee on Party congresses at all levels:
Age to participate in Party committees, government, Fatherland Front (including socio-political organizations)
Comrades who are participating in the Party Committee, government, and Fatherland Front (including socio-political organizations) for the first time must have at least one full term of service remaining at the time of the Party Congress at each level, the election time, or the congress of each organization as prescribed in Point 3.2 above.
Comrades nominated for re-election to the Party Committee must have at least 48 months of remaining service at the time of the Party Congress at each level. In special cases, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee must have at least 42 months of remaining service (Appendix 2).
Cadres re-elected to the Party Committee shall be re-elected to leadership positions in the government and the Fatherland Front (including socio-political organizations), but must have at least 36 months of remaining service at the time of election or congress of each organization. The time of election or congress of each organization shall be as prescribed in Point 3.2 above.
For armed forces (implement according to point 2.5 of Appendix 2); administrative agencies, public service units, enterprises (implement according to point 2.6 of Appendix 2)
Age for re-election to inspection committees at all levels
Implement the instructions of the Central Inspection Committee and assign the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Committee to guide the direction of increasing the minimum time for re-election of the inspection committee from 24 months to 42 months (an increase of 18 months compared to current regulations), ensuring consistency and consistency with the age for re-election of the Party Committee according to the regulations of the Politburo.
