Accordingly, the Vinh River Improvement Project has a total cost of up to 180 million USD (about more than 4.4 trillion VND). Notable in the project are the construction items of the Eco-village, Heritage Crossroads, Spiritual Port, etc. Parks, natural landscapes, riverside promenades, floating markets, entertainment - commercial works, infrastructure connecting the two banks of the river, etc. are invested synchronously, promising to create a highlight for Vinh city, becoming a new entertainment center in the city center, opening up a bright "future" for real estate on both sides of the Vinh River.
In parallel, Vinh city will also invest in building two more large bridges across the Vinh River, stimulating trade and connection between the two banks.
