Quy Hop: Posthumously awarded the state honorary title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother"
(Baognhean.vn) - On the morning of January 30, the People's Committee of Quy Hop district solemnly held a ceremony to posthumously award the honorary state title "Heroic Vietnamese Mother".

This time, Quy Hop district has 2 mothers who were posthumously awarded the title: mother Truong Thi Vi (born in 1919), originally from Hung Tan commune (Hung Nguyen), residing in Chau Quang commune, with 2 sons, martyrs Nguyen Dang Thuan and Nguyen Dang Phu, and mother Pham Thi Ninh (born in 1919), originally from Dien My commune (Dien Chau), residing in Tam Hop commune, with a husband, martyr Chu Kim Phan, and a son, martyr Chu Kim Tuong.
The entire Quy Hop district currently has 578 martyrs, 620 wounded soldiers, 218 sick soldiers, and 1,274 people receiving benefits from chemical agents. Up to now, the district has 14 mothers who have been awarded the title of “Heroic Vietnamese Mother” and 10 mothers who have been posthumously awarded the noble title of “Heroic Vietnamese Mother”.
