Quynh Luu: Stop auctioning 5 land lots because they do not meet the conditions

This time, Quynh Tan Commune People's Committee coordinated with An Manh Company Limited to organize the auction of the right to use 23 residential land lots in 5 areas: Khe Dua, Hamlet 12, the area adjacent to the railway in Hamlet 15, the pothole area in Hamlet 5, Hoi Dung area in Hamlet 5 and Cua Nha area in Hamlet 12, with a total area of ​​5,714.16 m2.²and the total starting value is more than 6.3 billion VND.

To ensure order, fairness and transparency, the company called customers to bid in turn for each lot and publicly announced the price list of each round on the projector system. In addition, the outside of the auction room was strictly protected by the security forces of the district and commune police to ensure safety and prevent the operation of land brokers.

After only 2 to 3 auction rounds, 11/18 plots of land in Khe Dua area and the area adjacent to the Railway were successfully auctioned, with the highest price difference compared to the starting price being 63 million VND.

As for the 5 land lots in the O Ga, Hoi Dung, and Cua Nha areas, the second auction was held, but because they did not meet the conditions, the Quynh Luu District Land Auction Council Supervisory Board stopped the auction and organized a re-auction at the next round.
