1. Patient VV S, male, born in 1993.Address: Loc Dien hamlet, Phu Thanh commune, Hung Nguyen district. The patient returned from Binh Duong to Hung Nguyen district on October 11. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the People's Committee of Hung Thanh commune, and had a pooled sample taken for testing, which gave a suspicious result. On October 12, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to the CDC. On the morning of October 13, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been vaccinated with 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.

2. Patient TQ H, male, born in 2014.Address: Loc Dien hamlet, Phu Thanh commune, Hung Nguyen district. The patient is the nephew of patient VV S who was announced at the same time. The patient returned from Binh Duong to Hung Nguyen district on October 11. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the People's Committee of Hung Thanh commune, and had a pooled sample taken for testing, which gave a suspicious result. On October 12, the patient's sample was taken again and sent to the CDC. On the morning of October 13, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus.

3. Patient PH T, male, born in 1990.Address: Hamlet 8, Dien Loc Commune, Dien Chau District. The patient returned to Dien Chau District from Ho Chi Minh City on October 10. The patient was quarantined at Dien Loc Commune Health Station and the first test sample was negative. On October 12, the patient was tired and occasionally coughed. The Health Station took a sample for a rapid test with a suspicious result. Immediately after that, the patient's sample was sent to the CDC. On the morning of October 13, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has not been vaccinated against Covid-19.

4. Patient LT H, female, born in 2003Address: Thanh Son commune, Anh Son district. The patient traveled from Binh Duong to Nghe An on October 5. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Trade Union Hotel and had samples taken for testing 3 times, all with negative results. On October 12, the patient had a pooled sample taken for testing, which gave a suspicious result. After that, the patient had a sample taken again and sent to Nghe An Oncology Hospital. On the morning of October 13, the result confirmed that the patient was positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been vaccinated with 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.

5. Patient TQ T, male, born in 1985.Address: Son Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District. The patient is F1 of the previously announced patient NT L. The patient traveled from Binh Duong to Nghe An on October 6. Immediately after returning to the locality, the patient was quarantined at the Trade Union Hotel and had samples taken for testing 3 times, all with negative results. On October 12, the patient had a pooled sample taken for testing, which gave a suspicious result. After that, the patient had a sample taken again and sent to Nghe An Oncology Hospital. On the morning of October 13, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2 virus. The patient has been vaccinated with 1 dose of Covid-19 vaccine.
