Morning of May 21, 24 more Covid-19 cases

24 new cases were recorded from number 4810-4833, bringing the total number of community infections from April 27 to now to 1,786, recorded in30 provinces and cities.

The number of new infections this morning raised the total number of infections in Bac Giang to 683, Bac Ninh 378, Dien Bien 48, Hai Duong 23, Vinh Phuc 89...

In Bac Ninh:

Case 4810, female, 33 years old, address Bac Ninh city, is F1 of case 4518, was quarantined before. Test result on May 18 was positive for nCoV, patient is treated at Tien Du Field Hospital.

In Dien Bien:

Cases 4811-4812 and 4815-4818, are F1 cases, were quarantined in advance, test results on May 19-20 were positive for nCoV.

In Hai Duong:

Case 4813, female, 64 years old, is F1 of case 4706, andsong 4814, female, 37 years old, is F1 of case 4707, both address in Hai Duong city. Test results on May 20 showed they were positive for nCoV, treated at Hai Duong Province Tropical Diseases Hospital.

In Bac Giang:

Case 4819-4833There are 13 cases epidemiologically related to previous cases in Quang Chau Industrial Park and 2 cases in the locked-down area, test results on May 19-20 were positive for nCoV.

On May 20, 4,897 more people were vaccinated.Covid-19, bringing the total number of injections in both phases 1 and 2 to 1,021,085 doses for priority groups. Of which, the number of people who have received 2 doses is 28,821.

The total number of people in close contact and entering from epidemic areas under health monitoring is more than 129,000, of which more than 3,400 are quarantined at hospitals; more than 32,000 are quarantined at other facilities; the rest are at home or at their place of residence.
