On the morning of September 26, Nghe An Center for Disease Control informed: In the past 12 hours (from 6:00 p.m. September 25 to 6:00 a.m. September 26),Nghe Annote2 new positive community caseswith Covid-19 atVinh City.

Cumulative number of patients who have recovered and been discharged from hospital: 1,734 patients. Cumulative number of deaths: 17 patients. Number of patients currently being treated: 71 patients.

1. Patient BVM, male, born in 1974.Address: Block 2, Vinh Tan Ward (Vinh City). The patient is F1 and is the husband of the previously announced patient TTN. The patient showed signs of fatigue, chest pain, and shortness of breath at home. On September 23, the patient went to Thai An General Hospital for examination and was hospitalized for treatment. Here, the patient's sample was taken for a rapid test with a negative result. On September 25, after his wife tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, the patient's sample was sent to the CDC and the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2.

2. Patient BVH, male, born in 1997.Block 2, Vinh Tan Ward (Vinh City). The patient is F1 and is the child of patient TTN who was previously announced. On September 25, after the patient's mother tested positive for SARS-CoV-2, the patient was sampled for a rapid test and the result was positive. The patient's sample was then sent to the CDC. On the morning of September 26, the result was confirmed positive for SARS-CoV-2. Medical history: The patient returned from Ho Chi Minh City and completed the period of centralized isolation and home isolation. The patient was sampled 5 times and all results were negative.
