Will enforce site clearance for construction of Vinh - Cua Lo road project

On the morning of September 4, the Steering Committee for compensation, support and site clearance for key projects in Vinh City held a meeting to listen to and give opinions on resolving difficulties in site clearance for the Vinh - Cua Lo road project. Comrade Phan Duc Dong - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee chaired the meeting.

Also attending were comrades: Hoang Phu Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of Nghe An Department of Transport; Nguyen Van Lu - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh City People's Council; Tran Ngoc Tu - Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of Vinh City People's Committee.

Vinh – Cua Lo road projectThe section passing through Vinh City is 3.4km long, of which 1.1km passes through Nghi Phu Commune and 2.3km through Nghi Duc Commune. To serve the land clearance for the Vinh - Cua Lo road project, Vinh City is simultaneously implementing construction projects.resettlement areaXuan Dong hamlet, Nghi Duc commune; resettlement area of ​​hamlet 5 and hamlet 21, Nghi Phu commune.

Over time,Vinh Citymobilized the entire political system to focus on the work of site clearance. Up to now, site clearance for agricultural land and cemetery land has been basically completed. However, there are still many difficulties and problems with residential land and garden land.

The section through Nghi Duc commune is currently still stuck with residential land of 26 households; the section through Nghi Phu commune is currently stuck with 400m of residential land and garden land of 68 households. At the meeting, members of the Steering Committee presented specific difficulties and problems in each locality such as: land prices at departure and destination; land use origin; policies and mechanisms on land allocation for children over 18 years old; clean water supply system in resettlement areas, etc.

Concluding the meeting, comrade Phan Duc Dong - Secretary of Vinh City Party Committee emphasized that the road connecting Vinh - Cua Lo iskey projectTherefore, the city needs to be more drastic in land acquisition and clearance to complete the plan on schedule. Specifically review the difficulties and obstacles in policy mechanisms and recommendations and proposals to submit to the Provincial People's Committee for comments. Complete the construction of infrastructure in resettlement areas to accommodate people.

At the same time, continue to promote propaganda and mobilize households to hand over their land. For households that do not comply, enforcement will be organized before September 25./.
