(Baonghean.vn) - Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh has just signed Decision No. 129 dated January 18, 2024 on the establishment of an interdisciplinary inspection team for compliance with discipline and administrative discipline in the province in 2024, headed by Director of the Department of Home Affairs Nguyen Viet Hung.
The inspection team for compliance with discipline and administrative discipline in 2024 consists of 13 members, led by comrade Nguyen Viet Hung - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Director of the Department of Home Affairs.
The inspection content is the implementation of the responsibilities of the heads of agencies and units in implementing administrative discipline and public service culture according to the provisions of Directive No. 26/CT-TTg dated September 5, 2016 of the Prime Minister on strengthening discipline and order in State administrative agencies at all levels; Directive No. 26/CT-TTg dated October 20, 2023 of the Prime Minister on rectifying and strengthening inspection, examination and supervision of public service activities; Official Dispatch No. 280/CT-TTg dated April 19, 2023 of the Prime Minister on rectifying and strengthening the responsibility of handling work of ministries, agencies and localities; Official Dispatch No. 968/CD-TTg dated October 16, 2023 of the Prime Minister on continuing to rectify and strengthen discipline and order in State administrative agencies at all levels; Directive No. 17-CT/TU dated December 3, 2013 of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on strengthening discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units in Nghe An province; Directive No. 10/2013/CT-UBND dated April 6, 2013 of the Provincial People's Committee on continuing to strengthen discipline and administrative discipline in agencies and units in Nghe An province; Directive No. 43-CT/UBND dated December 28, 2023 of the Provincial People's Committee on promoting reform solutions and improving the efficiency of handling administrative procedures and providing public services to serve people and businesses in Nghe An province.
The Decision clearly states that the subjects of inspection are heads of agencies and units; cadres, civil servants, administrative officials, and public service units under the management of the Provincial People's Committee.
The interdisciplinary team will conduct unannounced, unannounced inspections at agency headquarters, units, workplaces of civil servants, public employees, and public places to check the compliance with the above directives by leaders, civil servants, and public employees.

The Provincial People's Committee assigns the directors of departments, heads of provincial-level departments and branches, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts, cities and towns, Chairmen of People's Committees of communes, wards and towns, and Heads of State-owned enterprises in the province to coordinate and create favorable conditions for the Inspection Team to perform its tasks; receive and handle the recommendations of the Inspection Team according to their authority, report the implementation results to the superior management agencies and the Department of Home Affairs for synthesis and reporting to the Provincial People's Committee.
