Previously, on June 8, reporters Huy Tuong of PhapluatNet (Nguoi Dua Tin electronic newspaper) and Van Dat (Luat Su electronic magazine) went to the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thai Binh province (No. 1 Le Loi, Thai Binh city, Thai Binh province) to verify information that the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Search and Rescue had submitted a request to buy raincoats for work at a price of 1 million VND/set.
When leaving the Department, the two reporters discovered two subjects sitting on a motorbike in front of the gate of the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development of Thai Binh but thought they were citizens so they did not pay attention. While sitting drinking water at a cafe on Ly Thuong Kiet Street (Le Hong Phong Ward, Thai Binh City), the two subjects following behind suddenly rushed into the cafe, punched and kicked the two reporters in the face and head and threatened "who let you into the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development to work, you want to steal our food, I give you 30 minutes more if you don't leave Thai Binh, I will kill you"./.
