Detained young man who posted 3 'hot' clips of his ex-lover on Facebook
Police determined that suspect Duy Anh had sent and shared 3 videos with "pornographic" content on Facebook. Duy Anh asked his ex-girlfriend to transfer money to remove them.
On the afternoon of October 14, a leader of Bac Kan City Police, Bac Kan Province, said that the case had been prosecuted.prosecuteaccused and ordered the temporary detention of Nguyen Trinh Duy Anh (born 2002, in Ngoc Long commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province) for the acts of Disseminating obscene cultural products and extortion of property.
Police determined that in March 2023, Nguyen Trinh Duy Anh became acquainted and became friends with Ms. NQ in Bac Kan City, Bac Kan Province, via Facebook. Duy Anh and Q. often talked to each other on the Messenger app and then developed feelings for each other.
After that, Duy Anh asked Q. to make an "erotic" video and send it to him. By September 2023, Q. had sent Duy Anh about 3-4 videos. After watching them, Duy Anh saved them to his mobile phone. In early October 2023, Duy Anh and Q. had a conflict and broke up.
Out of anger, Duy Anh threatened to post the videos on social media. Afterwards, Duy Anh took over (hacked) the Facebook account created by Q.
After hacking the account, Duy Anh changed the password and phone number to block Q. from logging in. Then, Duy Anh posted and shared 3 videos on the private group.
After receiving the report from the victim, the police verified and used professional measures to clarify that the subject of the act of "Disseminating obscene cultural products" was Nguyen Trinh Duy Anh.
Nguyen Trinh Duy Anh confessed that after spreading obscene cultural products, on October 5, he asked NQ to transfer money to remove the posts and delete videos containing sensitive content of Q. Out of fear, Ms. Q. transferred 2.1 million VND to Duy Anh.
