Detained driver of truck crash into house causing death in Quy Hop

Horrifying moment truck crashes straight into house, killing one person

(Baonghean.vn) - When going from the village to the main road, the truck carrying the crane suddenly crashed straight into a house on the other side of the road, resulting in the death of a man.

On March 14, Quy Hop District Police temporarily detained driver Bui Van Huy (born in 1991, residing in Dong Hop Commune, Quy Hop District) to investigate and clarify his behavior of driving a vehicle causing a serious traffic accident that resulted in one death.

As previously reported, the accident occurred at around 7:55 a.m. on March 13 on National Highway 48A, through Dong Hop Commune, Quy Hop District.

At that time, driver Bui Van Huy was driving a truck with license plate 14C-077.83 carrying an excavator from an alley to Highway 48A when he lost control and veered straight to the other side of the road, crashing into an animal feed business. The excavator on the truck fell and crushed Mr. TQT (born in 1951, residing in Hop Thuan hamlet, Dong Hop commune) who had just stopped his car on the sidewalk; the incident caused Mr. T. to die on the spot.

According to the clip recorded by a security camera, at the time of the accident, in addition to Mr. T. who died, another man was lucky to escape.

It is known that the deceased victim and the driver who caused the accident were both from the same neighborhood in Dong Hop commune. Driver Huy was a hired driver for the excavator owner.

Currently, the case is being further investigated and clarified by Quy Hop District Police.
