Donated 250 warm winter blankets to Yen Thanh and Dien Chau kindergartens

(Baonghean.vn) - On November 10, Chi Linh Pagoda - Yen Thanh organized a donation of 250 warm winter blankets with a total gift value of 25 million VND to kindergartens in Xuan Thanh, Dai Thanh, Cong Thanh, Hop Thanh (Yen Thanh), and Dien Dong (Dien Chau).

This is a charity activity of Chi Linh Pagoda to help kindergarten students have more warm blankets in winter to support them to overcome difficulties and study with peace of mind.

Venerable Thich Tue Minh, Deputy Abbot of Chi Linh Pagoda, said: "The schools receiving warm blankets this winter are all schools that still lack equipment and facilities for teaching and learning. In the coming time, the pagoda will continue to connect and organize social security programs, promoting more effectiveness so that more schools can be supported with warm blankets, school supplies, books..."

Help Lang Son people build inter-village roads

* Also on November 10, Regiment 335, Division 324, Military Region 4 organized medical examination and treatment, provided free medicine, and gave 10 gifts to policy families facing difficulties in Lang Son and Anh Son communes (each gift worth 300,000 VND).

Along with that, officers and soldiers of Regiment 335, Division 324 and local people dredged 3km of intra-field canals, cleared 2.5km of inter-village and inter-commune roads, leveled a village cultural house, and helped repair and help 6 political families affected by landslides caused by storms.
