However, besides the achieved results, foreign language training and life skills training still have difficulties and inadequacies.

Some units use teachers in violation of regulations. Some units are slow in implementing procedures to permit educational activities. Many units have not strictly implemented the directives of competent authorities, such as having stopped operations but not reporting to the Department to carry out procedures, suspend, dissolve, the implementation of English enhancement programs in some units is not effective, and has not complied with the regulations of the Department.

Speaking at the conclusion of the conference, Mr. Nguyen Van Khoa - Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of the units and thanks to that, they basically met the diverse learning needs of learners.
In the coming time, the Department's leaders requested that units continue to seriously and properly implement the regulations on publicizing information on the Department's management software and mass media, and transparently state program content and output commitments. Thereby, people and educational institutions will know, choose, and monitor.

In addition, it is necessary to continue reviewing to improve facilities and equipment in a modern direction. The Department will continue to coordinate with relevant departments and branches to comprehensively strengthen state management of foreign language centers.

Regarding the English enhancement and English familiarization program for preschool children, the Department recommends that in the coming time, schools should continue to expand and implement the program content with a scientifically arranged duration, schedule, and teachers. Particularly in mountainous districts with difficult conditions, it can only be implemented in town and central areas to ensure effectiveness and not put pressure on schools.
