Implementing the regulations on coordination of work between the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council and the Provincial People's Committee, in 2016, the coordination between the two agencies was carried out quite closely and methodically in many work contents, contributing to improving the effectiveness and efficiency of each side's work.

Comrade Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized the need to strengthen coordination in handling urgent and outstanding issues. |
At the meeting, the two sides focused on frank discussions, clarifying the difficulties and limitations in the coordination process in the past time. Comrade Le Xuan Dai - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, admitted that there were meetings and inspections of the Standing Committee and Committees of the Provincial People's Council without the participation of the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee. The coordination in synthesizing the opinions and recommendations of voters was not scientific, leading to the reports responding to voters' opinions and recommendations at each meeting being too long, up to hundreds of pages.
From this reality, comrade Le Xuan Dai suggested that the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, in the process of synthesizing voters' recommendations, should filter and classify them into groups.
The Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Committee will be responsible for directing all levels and sectors to promptly resolve and respond to voters.

Deputy Head of the Legal Department, Provincial People's Council - Thai Thi An Chung, said: One of the ineffective coordination contents is the assessment, information, and feedback on the implementation of the Resolutions of the Provincial People's Council after promulgation; the coordination in the implementation of the functions of each side, such as supervision and survey of the Provincial People's Council and State inspection and examination of the Provincial People's Committee and other sectors is not tight. "In the coming time, there needs to be coordination between the two agencies in the work of inspection, examination, and supervision of the grassroots, in order to reduce the number of inspections and supervisions of the superiors on the grassroots" - Ms. Thai Thi An Chung suggested.
Many opinions were also expressed regarding the coordination of reviewing reports and draft resolutions, some of which have not been accepted and agreed upon by the sectors after reviewing. The coordination in drafting some draft resolutions is not good, still passive and hasty, affecting the quality of the draft. The coordination in urging the implementation of the conclusions after questioning is not drastic...
Speaking at the meeting, Comrade Cao Thi Hien - Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, emphasized: The coordination viewpoint is to create positive impacts in the better implementation of duties and responsibilities of each agency. Agreeing on the synthesis of voters' feedback, Comrade Cao Thi Hien said that it should be divided into 3 groups: the group of recommendations that have been answered many times; the group of urgent and prominent issues that need to be focused on solving; the group of issues that the province is proposing to the Central Government to solve.
“In addition to continuing to strengthen more effective coordination in the activities of examining and editing reports and draft resolutions submitted to the session; resolving voters' petitions; resolving urgent and sensitive issues in the province..., it is necessary to better coordinate in implementing the content of questioning to the Provincial People's Committee and departments and branches at regular meetings of the Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council according to the law" - the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council emphasized.
