TECCO Group sponsors primary school over 3 billion VND in Que Phong district

Quang Phong is a particularly difficult commune of the border district of Que Phong with over 90% of the population being Thai ethnic. Among them, Nam Xai is the most geographically remote village of the commune. The traffic route to the village is very difficult.

Education in Quang Phong is extremely difficult because teachers and students still have to study and live in dilapidated schools with severe lack of facilities.

Understanding these difficulties, TECCO Group has cooperated with the locality to build Quang Phong 2 Primary School to help students study with peace of mind. After the Secretary of the Party Cell of Nam Xai - Lo Van Quyen village donated 3,659m²forest land to have area to build school, TECCO Group's working group went to survey to build school.

Quang Phong 2 Primary School started construction in early July 2018, including 6 classrooms, 2 teacher dormitories, 1 meeting room and a restroom with a total cost of over 3 billion VND. Up to now, the project is being accelerated to make it ready for the new school year for teachers and students.

The construction of this school is part of a series of activities that TECCO Group has accompanied and supported Nghe An province, helping poor students in remote areas of the province to go to school. In the coming time, TECCO Group will continue to build many schools in the province.
