Training on professional work of organizing cadres and party members

August 31, attended the training course atDien ChauThere are 146 trainees who are Party Committee Secretaries, Standing Deputy Secretaries of Party Committees, Commune-level Offices of 39 communes and towns; Party Committee Secretaries, Branch Secretaries of 48 grassroots Party organizations in the district.

The work of party organization and building has posed many new requirements, requiring each party member to strive to fulfill the common goals of the party and their own tasks. In that context, the tasks for those who specialize in party work also have many new requirements, and many efforts to complete the tasks.

In particular, 2018 with many important key tasks, especially the Resolution of the 6th Central Conference of the 12th term, mid-term review,... to achieve the goals set by the Resolution of the Party Congress at all levels, requires the efforts and scientific work of Party committees and Party members at all levels. In which, the key role is the grassroots Party committees.

The students received training on the following topics: Party member work; Organizational work, cadres, internal political protection; and some issues on implementing Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (Term XII). After the course, the students wrote a report.

At the same time, the training session is also an opportunity for grassroots Party committee officials to discuss difficulties and obstacles in performing tasks, problems that need to be solved, as well as share experiences and good practices in Party building work in their localities and units.
