Training on new legal regulations in the investment field

During one day, delegates listened to expert Do Van Su - Deputy Director of the Foreign Investment Department, Ministry of Planning and Investment disseminate regulations on new points of investment law and related issues; expert Vu Quynh Le - Deputy Director of the Bidding Management Department disseminate regulations and new points ofLaw on Biddingand related content.

Accordingly, delegates attending the training workshop were updated on some notable new points of the Investment Law 2020 and Decree 31/2021/ND-CP; Investment procedures and order for projects using land as prescribed in the Investment Law 2020 and Decree 31/2021/ND-CP; Some notes on resolving disputes arising in investment and business activities; Market access, investment promotion; Receiving and processing dossiers; Principles for applying non-committed industries and occupations.

Regarding the Law on Bidding, delegates were informed about Decree 25/2020-CP, Decree 31/2021/ND-CP and Circular 09/2021/TT-BKHĐT. These include determining the form of investor selection, auction and bidding; Procedures for approving investors, bidding,investor approval; conditions for determining land projects…

Mr. Hoang Vinh Truong - Deputy Director of the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion of Nghe An province said that Nghe An is an attractive destination for domestic and foreign investors thanks to its geographical advantages, human resources, improved infrastructure, new approaches in investment promotion, and policies to support investors that are gradually becoming more effective and practical. However, in the process of implementing investment projects, there are still many problems that have a great impact on investment projects, causing time loss, missed investment opportunities, increasing costs and risks for business operations of enterprises as well as causing difficulties for local state management agencies.

The workshop provides training on new legal regulations in the investment field to support state management agencies, business communities and investors to better understand legal regulations in the investment field and related fields. Thereby, helping to remove some difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing investment projects.
