Thanh Chuong: leading the province in placing and using party newspapers

(Baonghean.vn) - Currently100% of the grassroots party organizations of Thanh Chuong district have subscribed to Nghe An newspaper.

Thanh Chuong district has 85 grassroots Party organizations, including 746 grassroots Party cells and 27 Party cells directly under the District Party Committee. The large number of grassroots organizations, Party cells, and focal points makes it relatively difficult to direct and urge the implementation of the spirit of Directive 11 of the Politburo and Directive 03 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.

Accordingly, by the third quarter of 2017, there were still many units that had not ordered the newspaper, including Party Committees that were short of 3 to 5 issues.

Faced with that reality, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee assigned the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department to issue an official dispatch requesting Party committees and Party cells that have not yet ordered enough newspapers for the third quarter of 2017 to promptly order additional copies, and by July 15, 2017 at the latest, must fully order Nghe An newspaper. At the same time, the District Post Office was assigned to monitor, synthesize, and promptly report all changes to the Propaganda Department.

Units that do not order or do not order enough newspapers are requested to report directly to the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee by July 18, 2017.

Previously, from the first and second quarters, the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department issued a document reminding about newspaper subscriptions, especially in the second quarter, to thoroughly enforce that school units do not cut newspapers during the summer, so 100% of school party cells still subscribe to and use Nghe An newspaper fully.

Up to now, 100% of the grassroots party organizations of Thanh Chuong district have subscribed to Nghe An newspaper, with the daily circulation reaching 851 issues, the highest in the province.
