Thanh Chuong: Man found dead in hanging position
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 11, according to Thanh Chuong District Police, a man was found dead in a hanging position.
At around 5:00 p.m. on September 10, Thanh Chuong district police received a report from the people about the discovery of a person dead, hanging from a road railing in Thanh Tuong commune, Thanh Chuong district.
The victim was identified as Mr. TBB (born in 1968, residing in Thanh Hoa commune, Thanh Chuong district). At the scene, the man hung himself with a cloth rope, his buttocks about 10 cm above the ground, and in his shirt pocket was written the phone number of a relative.
The results of the crime scene investigation showed no signs of criminal activity. Family members said Mr. B. suffered from alcohol-induced psychosis.
Currently, Mr. TBB's body has been handed over to his family for burial according to local customs.
