To urgently implement urgent measures to prevent and combat the COVID-19 epidemic in Bac Vinh Industrial Park, Vinh City People's Committee requests the Management Board of Southeast Economic Zone and Enterprises in Bac Vinh Industrial Park to coordinate and immediately implement the following contents:

2.Enterprises belonging toBac Vinh Industrial Park:

- Maximize the COVID-19 prevention plan of enterprises and industrial parks for implementation.

- Check all workers and employees of the enterprise related to patient F0, located at 422 Dang Thai Mai Street, Vinh Xuan Hamlet, Hung Dong Commune.

- Require all 100% of workers and employees of the enterprise to make full and correct medical declarations. Declaration deadline is from June 6, 2021.

- For workers who have close contact with F0, F1 or are related to the wholesale market, make a list and immediately report to the Steering Committee for COVID-19 Prevention and Control of Hung Dong Commune, Vinh City and the Management Board of the Southeast Economic Zone to coordinate and direct the implementation of tracing, zoning and isolation.

- While waiting for the tracing results of Vinh city, businesses are required to notify and thoroughly inform all workers who are working to temporarily stay at the business; for workers who are at home, notify them to go to work tomorrow for testing, the process of staying at home and traveling to the business must strictly follow the epidemic prevention work according to regulations. At the same time, organize PCR testing or Rapid testing for all 100% of workers according to regulations (Rapid testing 02 times/week). Completion time: before 4:00 p.m. on June 28, 2021.

3.Enterprises belonging toIndustrial cluster: Nghi Phu, Hung Loc and Dong Vinh. All officials, workers and employees of the enterprise, if they come to the city's wholesale market, are required to make a medical declaration, make a list and send it to the Vinh City COVID-19 Prevention and Control Steering Committee (via the Health Department - Standing Agency of the Steering Committee).
