After a period of calling,attracting investmentof Do Luong district, on June 10, 2019, the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 2162/QD-UBND on approving the investment of Lan Chi Business Ha Nam Company Limited on investing in "Lan Chi Commercial Center Project" in Van Son commune, Do Luong.

The project has an area of ​​19,990.4 m², total investment of 83 billion VND with many large-scale, modern construction projects such as: 6,000 m2 supermarket and entertainment area², 2-storey commercial service complex with offices for rent, 2,500 m2 wide², 2-storey event service area of ​​1,000 m2²... Along with the internal traffic system, green tree system, garden. The enterprise's own capital and bank loans for construction investment, implementation progress, will complete and put the project into operation within 24 months from the date the Provincial People's Committee approves the investment policy.

Lan Chi commercial center project is built in a "prime" location in Van Son commune, Do Luong district, with a convenient traffic location for trading goods and developing services, close to National Highway 7, close to Do Luong town.

This is a project with diverse items serving the needs of shopping, entertainment, and recreation, which is of great significance to Do Luong district and is a highlight in attracting local investment. After the project is completed, it will contribute to changing the face of commercial infrastructure, promoting the development of the district's trade and service sector and contributing to the successful implementation of the commercial infrastructure development plan of Nghe An province.

In recent times, Do Luong district has created the most favorable conditions in terms of investment environment policies for projects in the area, including the Lan Chi Commercial Center Project, to ensure the project is implemented on schedule. Such as support for legal procedures, site clearance, etc. Accordingly, the Lan Chi Commercial Center Project has been approved by the Provincial People's Committee for detailed construction planning 1/500; the Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 122/QD-UBND dated April 14, 2020 on changing land use purposes and land recovery; the investor has signed a land lease contract and received a certificate of land use rights. Currently, the Lan Chi Commercial Center Project is applying for a construction permit.

To ensure the project's progress, according to the decision of the Provincial People's Committee on the policy of allowing the approval of investment in the Lan Chi Trade Center Project, the People's Committee of Do Luong district requested the investor to focus on completing legal documents so that the project can soon be granted a construction permit, ensuring conditions for the project to start construction. At the same time, it is hoped that relevant departments and branches will create conditions for the project to soon start construction to ensure the set progress.
