This result is due to the active participation of Party committees, authorities, and organizations in effectively implementing the Party's directives and resolutions to cadres, party members, and people in the area.
Bring the resolution into life soon
After 3 years of implementing Resolution No. 01-NQ/ThuU, dated September 29, 2020 of the Party Executive Committee of Thai Hoa town on "Continuing to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of disseminating, studying and implementing the Party's directives and resolutions among cadres and party members in Thai Hoa town" (Resolution No. 01-NQ/ThuU), all levels and branches in the town have systematically deployed the work of disseminating, studying and implementing the Party's directives and resolutions with many innovations, creativity and high efficiency.
According to the assessment of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee, in recent years, 100% of cadres at all levels have been fully informed and provided with documents on Party directives and resolutions; over 98% of party members have participated in studying Party directives and resolutions; 96% of cadres and party members have participated in key town-level conferences and 87% of cadres and party members have participated in grassroots-level conferences and written reports after studying directives and resolutions. At the same time, over 95% of reporters and propagandists at all levels have been trained and fostered to improve their skills and expertise.
Grassroots Party organizations, agencies and units develop study plans, programs and action plans to implement Party directives and resolutions in a timely, effective and appropriate manner to the practical situation of the locality, agency or unit. Thereby, effectively disseminating and propagating Party directives and resolutions to all classes of people.
The work of disseminating, studying and implementing the Party's directives and resolutions in wards and communes has had many innovations and creativity. Facilities, research documents, etc. serving the disseminating and studying have received investment attention. The team of reporters at all levels has been supplemented, consolidated in a timely manner and gradually improved in quality. The inspection and supervision work of Party committees at all levels has received attention; the work of propagating and disseminating directives and resolutions has been carried out effectively, contributing to bringing the Party's directives and resolutions into life.
Through the discussion, comrade Dang Thi Thanh Minh - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Hoa Hieu Ward added: After studying the directives and resolutions of the Party, the team of ward cadres and comrades of the Party Committee of 17 Party cells in the area promptly propagated and disseminated the Party's guidelines and policies, the State's policies and laws to cadres, Party members and people of all walks of life. In that process, focusing on core and central contents, diversifying propaganda forms, integrating with grassroots activities to disseminate directives and resolutions in a concise, easy-to-remember manner for implementation.
In Thai Hoa town, there are 12 regular monthly news clubs. The town's Party committees maintain 28 monthly reporters' conferences, with over 4,080 participants. Party committees, authorities, departments and branches of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations regularly disseminate and thoroughly understand the Party's directives, resolutions, conclusions, etc., in conjunction with the congress resolutions of each branch to each cadre, party member, union member, association member and the people.
Continue to innovate propaganda work
Continuing to innovate and improve the quality and effectiveness of the work of disseminating, studying and implementing the Party's directives and resolutions among cadres and party members, all levels and sectors in Thai Hoa town apply information technology, provide documents on digital platforms, and enhance dissemination to people through social networks. Accordingly, the team of reporters makes good use of electronic lectures and electronic lesson plans to improve the visuality and quality of propaganda, dissemination and implementation of the Party's directives and resolutions.
Comrade Cao Thi Minh Nguyet - Head of the Propaganda Department of Thai Hoa City Party Committee added: The Standing Committee of the City Party Committee regularly directs the development of program content, activity plans for reporters, monthly and quarterly news clubs and thematic conferences; focusing on improving quality. At the same time, closely following the grassroots, inspecting and urging the implementation of resolutions at Party committees at all levels.
Over the past three years, the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department has issued two inspection and supervision programs, three thematic inspection and supervision plans, and evaluation of propaganda work.
