The 24th Lang Vac Festival in 2023 will take place from February 26 to 28 (February 7 to 9 of the lunar calendar). The ceremony includes rituals such as the cauldron procession, bronze drum procession, and grand ceremony. The festival includes cultural and artistic activities, sports, and exciting folk games.

After 23 times of organization, Lang Vac Festival has created its own mark in the hearts of tourists in all aspects. This is an opportunity for local people to return to their roots; at the same time, it demonstrates the spirit of community solidarity, educates awareness of protecting, preserving relics, conserving and promoting traditional cultural and historical values.
This is also a big event with meaningful activities in a series of activities towards the 15th anniversary of the establishment of Thai Hoa town.

After the opening drum beat is the gong festival performed by gong teams from wards and communes in Thai Hoa town.
The Lang Vac archaeological site was first discovered and excavated in 1972. Through excavations, archaeologists discovered 347 tombs with 1,228 artifacts made of bronze, stone, glass and iron with patterns from the Dong Son culture period. These are truly cultural and historical vestiges, proving that Lang Vac is one of the relics of the Dong Son culture 2,000 - 2,500 years ago.
