Prime Minister appoints two 7X Deputy Ministers
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc has just decided to appoint Deputy Minister of Construction, Deputy Minister of Justice and Assistant to Politburo member and Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh.
Specifically, in Decision 196, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Tuong Van - Director of the Department of Urban Development, Ministry of Construction, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Construction.
Mr. Nguyen Tuong Van was born in 1971. Before being appointed, he held the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Technical Infrastructure; Director of the Department of Urban Development, Ministry of Construction.

In Decision 198, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh - member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province for the 2016 - 2021 term, to hold the position of Deputy Minister of Justice.
Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh was born in 1970; hometown is Nam Dinh province. He has held the following positions: Deputy Director of the Department of Civil and Economic Law, Ministry of Justice; Secretary of the Minister of Justice; Director of the Department of State Compensation, Ministry of Justice; Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province.
In Decision 199, the Prime Minister appointed Mr. Nguyen Quang Linh - Director of Department, Secretary of Mr. Pham Binh Minh, Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs, to hold the position of Assistant to Politburo member, Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh.
