2022 is the second year of implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. The country has achieved many important and comprehensive achievements in all fields. In 2022, the whole country achieved and exceeded 13 targets, 1 target was approximately achieved according to the set plan. The economic, cultural and social situation continued to recover positively, the macro economy was stable, inflation was controlled, and major balances were ensured.

Independence, sovereignty, and territorial integrity are maintained, political security, and social order and safety are ensured. Culture is given more comprehensive and profound attention and direction, people's lives are improved and enhanced; social security is implemented practically, promptly, and effectively.
