Prime Minister approves personnel for 3 localities
The Prime Minister has just decided to approve the results of the election and dismissal of personnel for the People's Committees of three provinces and cities: Cao Bang, Vinh Long, and Da Nang.
* In Decision No. 450/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results to fill the position of Vice Chairman of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term for Mr. Le Hai Hoa - Provincial Party Committee member, Chief of Office of Cao Bang Provincial People's Committee.

Previously, at the 12th session, the People's Council of Cao Bang province elected Mr. Le Hai Hoa to hold the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Cao Bang province for the 2016 - 2021 term with 79% of the votes of confidence (39/45 votes).
Mr. Le Hai Hoa, born in 1980, hometown Nghe An. Professional qualification: Doctor of Economics. Political theory qualification: Advanced.
* In Decision No. 455/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the election results to fill the position of Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee, term 2016 - 2021 for Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh - Provincial Party Committee member, Director of the Department of Education and Training, National Assembly Delegate, XIV.

On March 16, at the 16th Session, the People's Council of Vinh Long province, term IX, elected Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh to the position of Vice Chairman of Vinh Long Provincial People's Committee for the 2016-2021 term with 40/45 votes, reaching 88.89%.
Ms. Nguyen Thi Quyen Thanh was born on October 19, 1978, hometown Phu Loc commune, Tam Binh district, Vinh Long province; professional qualifications are bachelor of foreign languages, master of English teaching methods and is a graduate student at Ho Chi Minh City University of Education.
* In Decision No. 454/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister approved the results of the dismissal of Mr. Dang Viet Dung from the position of Vice Chairman of the People's Committee of Da Nang City for the 2016-2021 term, to retire according to the regime.
