The Prime Minister and four members of the Government will answer questions at the National Assembly.
Based on the opinions of National Assembly deputies on the selection of groups of questions and people to answer questions at the session, the National Assembly Standing Committee has officially announced the program of questions and answers for the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly. Accordingly, the groups of issues selected by the National Assembly for questioning are construction, internal affairs, information and communication, and inspection.

According to the agenda of the 4th session of the 15th National Assembly, the National Assembly is expected to conduct questions and answers from the afternoon of November 3-5 (in 2.5 working days) on 4 groups of issues.
Construction sector issues group
First, the current situation and solutions to improve the quality of urban planning and development management in Vietnam, especially in large cities. Relocating the headquarters of ministries and branches out of the inner city of Hanoi.
Second, real estate market management; handling of organizations and individuals violating the law in real estate transactions, capital mobilization, and business activities.
Third, building social housing for low-income people and workers, especially in economic zones, industrial parks and big cities.
Fourth, the State management responsibility of the Ministry of Construction in the construction, promulgation and implementation of technical standards, unit prices and norms in basic construction. Controlling prices and ensuring sources of raw materials and materials for construction of works and projects, especially important national projects.
Minister of Construction Nguyen Thanh Nghi is responsible for answering the main questions. Deputy Prime Minister Le Van Thanh, Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Transport, Natural Resources and Environment, Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, and State Auditor General also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
Information and communication sector issues group
First, the application of information technology in State management, building digital government and digital administration. The work of building, connecting, sharing and exploiting national databases.
Second, access to information and development of information technology human resources in ethnic minority and mountainous areas.
Third, the management of subscribers and prefixes of network operators; the inspection and management of websites, electronic information pages and other online platforms. The handling of individuals and organizations that post distorted and untrue information on electronic information pages, and illegally collect and trade personal information data.
Minister of Information and Communications Nguyen Manh Hung is responsible for answering the main questions. Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam, Ministers of Planning and Investment, Finance, Home Affairs, Public Security, Justice, Science and Technology, Culture, Sports and Tourism; Minister, Chairman of the Ethnic Committee, Minister, Chairman of the Government Office also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
Internal Affairs Issues Group
Firstly, the arrangement of the organizational apparatus, streamlining the payroll, restructuring public service units, building a system of job positions associated with restructuring the staff, civil servants, and public employees, and implementing salary policy reform for cadres, civil servants, and public employees. The issuance of documents implementing the provisions of the Labor Code on retirement age for cadres, civil servants, and public employees.
Second, solutions to improve the quality of staff and civil servants, especially recruitment, training, fostering, commenting, evaluating, and handling violations.
Third, the causes and solutions to the recent increase in the number of civil servants and public employees quitting their jobs, especially in densely populated areas and areas with high work pressure (such as health workers, etc.). Ensuring staffing for the education sector to meet teaching and learning requirements.
Fourth, solutions to solve the difficulties and shortcomings of the team of cadres and civil servants at the commune and district levels.non-professional workers at commune, village and residential group levels(in terms of number of employees, regimes, policies, etc.), especially surplus commune-level civil servants after the rearrangement.
Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra was responsible for answering the main questions. Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh and the Ministers of Finance, Education and Training, Health, Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs also participated in answering questions and explaining related issues.
Inspection field issue group

Deputy Prime Minister Le Minh Khai, Ministers of Finance, Public Security, Justice; Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Procuracy, Chief Justice of the Supreme People's Court, and State Auditor General also participate in answering questions and explaining related issues.
