In the hypothetical situation of war, the enemy attacked Nghia Dan district by air. In that situation, the district combat forces met to discuss and direct the implementation of the following stages: evacuating people and assets from the key areas being attacked to safe places; concentrating forces to carry out combat measures to fight the enemy, attacking the enemy with firepower; focusing on overcoming the consequences, first aid, firefighting, and rescue of collapsed buildings.
Thanks to good preparation and training, the live-fire exercise was successful; helping the armed forces improve their level and combat capabilities, proactively handling sudden and unexpected situations.

The defensive combat exercise also aims to contribute to improving the leadership and direction capacity of Party committees, the administration of the government, the advisory role of departments, organizations and professional staff, in which the military and police play the core role.
