Carry out the office work of the Party Committee "Thoughtful, dedicated, loyal, creative"

In 2017, the Provincial Party Committee Office and the Party Committee Offices of districts, cities, towns, and affiliated Party Committees were united, made efforts, were proactive, creative, overcame difficulties, and proactively advised and served the leadership and direction of the Provincial Party Committee and districts, cities, towns, and affiliated Party Committees.

Notably, the provincial Party Committee Office has focused on advising on the implementation of programs, projects, and plans to implement the Resolution of the 12th National Party Congress, Resolution 26 of the Politburo on the direction and tasks of Nghe An development until 2020; and Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress.

Offices of Party committees at all levels focus on advising on the effective implementation of the entire term's work program of the Executive Committee, the annual work program of the Standing Committee, and the monthly work schedule of the Standing Committee and the Standing Committee of the Party Committee in a scientific, practical, and effective manner.

The Party Committee Offices at all levels have proactively advised and helped the Party Committees to effectively implement the new policies and requirements of the Central Committee and practical issues arising, ensuring comprehensive leadership in all fields while focusing on key and central contents; effectively performing the work of examining, appraising, editing, and drafting documents to ensure the format, genre, and authority of issuing documents; advising and organizing the implementation of the dissemination, preliminary and final summaries, conclusions, directives, programs, and projects of the Party Committees at all levels.

In particular, the Party Committee Office has made many innovations in the organization and service of Party Committee meetings. The document preparation process is ensured, the meeting content is carefully prepared, and the meeting time is reasonably arranged. The working content, instructions, and recommendations from sectors and levels are promptly handled by the staff office.

Speaking at the conference, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Xuan Son acknowledged and highly appreciated the work of the Party Committee's office; in particular, the advisory and service work has gradually gone into depth, achieving many remarkable results.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee also emphasized: The tasks of 2018 are very heavy, being the pivotal year for implementing the targets of the Party Congress resolutions at all levels. Therefore, the Party Committee Office needs to make efforts to implement them in the spirit of "thoughtfulness, dedication, loyalty, creativity and efficiency"; closely following the Party's directives and resolutions to advise the Party Committee's work program in a scientific manner; at the same time,

Emphasizing the need to advise on the early preparation of quality documents for meetings of the Standing Committee, Standing Committee, and Executive Committee, the Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee requested that the Party Committee Office not only review the format but also review the content, which requires office staff to improve their professionalism. At the same time, advise on the issuance of quality documents and conclusions of the Party Committee, ensuring timely leadership.

The Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee said that in order to do a good job of advisory work, Party committee offices at all levels must closely coordinate with other agencies, grasp information promptly, forecast, proactively propose to include in the work program, help Party committees grasp information in the most timely manner; be the place to speak to the press, provide official information, and leadership information.

According to comrade Nguyen Xuan Son, to improve the quality of office work, the human factor is of utmost importance, therefore it is necessary to focus on improving the quality of the team, streamlining the staff, in accordance with the spirit of Resolution 6 of the Central Committee (term XII).
