Attending the ceremony were comrades in the Standing Committee of the Provincial Youth Union: Le Van Luong - Member of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Student Association, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union Council; Chu Duc Thai - Deputy Standing Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union, Chairman of the Provincial Youth Union; Pham Van Toan - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union. Also attending were members of the Standing Committee, heads of professional departments of the Provincial Youth Union.

At the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, the delegation of the Provincial Youth Union respectfully offered flowers and incense to Uncle Ho's altar, expressing their infinite gratitude for his contributions - the genius leader of the Party and people of Vietnam, who devoted and sacrificed his whole life for the cause of national liberation and class liberation.

During his lifetime, President Ho Chi Minh always cared about and had deep affection for the young generation. In his Letter to the Youth, he wrote: “The prosperity or decline, weakness or strength of the country depends largely on the youth”. Therefore, he always emphasized the importance of educating and training generations of Vietnamese youth.

Before passing away, in his Testament, President Ho Chi Minh also devoted a part to talking about youth and the role of youth, giving advice and placing his hopes on the future owners of the country.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegates reported to Uncle Ho, affirming that over the years, implementing his sacred teachings, Nghe An youth have always upheld the spirit of volunteerism, solidarity, innovation, striving to overcome all difficulties and hardships, achieving many victories, contributing to building a rich, beautiful and civilized homeland and country.

The Provincial Youth Union delegation also vowed to continue studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style, constantly cultivating, training and excellently completing assigned tasks.

On the same afternoon, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union Chu Duc Thai and other Provincial Youth Union officials also returned to burn incense and report their achievements to Mr. Phan Dinh Dong - the first Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union of Nghe An at his private home in Nam Tan commune, Nam Dan district.
