According to this plan, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee will discuss with the team of leaders at the department level and equivalent in provincial agencies the following 3 key groups of content:

The first,General assessment of the results of implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2019, the results of implementing the Resolution of the 18th Provincial Party Congress, term 2015-2020, the socio-economic development strategy for the period 2011-2020; orientations and issues arising in implementing the socio-economic development tasks in 2020, term 2020-2025 and period 2012-2030.

Regarding results and directions for continuing to implement three strategic breakthroughs in institutions, human resource development and infrastructure construction.
