Deploying coordinated measures, the patrol team captured two subjects driving a motorbike without a license plate participating in the group and brought them to the headquarters of the Traffic Police Team (Vinh City Police).
At the police station, these people declared their names as Nguyen Viet Hoang (born 2005), residing in block 11, Ben Thuy ward; Nguyen The Hoang (born 2004), residing in block 13, Dong Vinh ward and Tran Hung Tien (born 2004), residing in block 6, Trung Do ward, who were sitting in Nguyen The Hoang's car.
This group of young men drove motorbikes without license plates, without helmets, weaving in and out of traffic on urban roads, and without driving licenses.
