The inspection conclusion clearly stated that the entire area of Mieu Mon airport land within Dong Tam commune is national defense land. |
On July 25, the Hanoi City Inspectorate announced the Conclusion of a comprehensive inspection of the management, use and handling process up to now of the land area of Mieu Mon airport in the administrative boundary of Dong Tam commune, My Duc district.
The Inspectorate's conclusion clearly stated that the petition was related to the agricultural land area of 59 hectares, the information that Mr. Le Dinh Kinh and some citizens stated was inconsistent. In which, some petitions stated that it was 49 hectares, some petitions stated that 59 hectares were managed by the People's Committee of Dong Tam commune; some petitions stated that it was abandoned land; some petitions stated that 59 hectares of agricultural land belonged to the people...
Through verification, the Hanoi Inspectorate said that the land area of Mieu Mon airport in the administrative boundary of Dong Tam commune is only over 64 hectares. Therefore, the Hanoi Inspectorate believes that Mr. Le Dinh Kinh and some citizens' claim that the land area of Mieu Mon airport in the administrative boundary of Dong Tam commune is 106 hectares (some petitions state it is 96 hectares) is incorrect.
