Accordingly, except for parishes in Hoang Mai town that must temporarily suspend public masses, parishes in the diocese do not need to suspend Sunday and weekday masses.

However, to ensure safety for yourself, your family, your community and society, the OfficeVinh Diocese Bishop's Palacerequested the dignitaries and parishioners of the entire Diocese to comply with the regulations of the authorities, especially the Ministry of Health and the Government at all levels regardingCovid-19 prevention; strictly implement the 5K requirements: Mask - Disinfection - Distance - No gathering - Health declaration, especially regular disinfection and mandatory mask wearing in public places. Parishes and chapels organize spraying of disinfectant in areas inside and outside the church when requested.

Parishes are requested to take turns in the order of attendance and only organize it internally until further notice from the diocese.
At the same time, it is recommended that all people over 60 years old, children who have not yet confessed or received their first communion, people who have just returned from working far away, people with respiratory symptoms such as cough, fever, difficulty breathing or are currently suffering from other serious illnesses are not required to attend all masses, including Sundays and solemnities, but should just stay at home to pray, recite the rosary or do good deeds instead.
The notice was sent to parishes and affiliated religious communities and required serious implementation throughout the Diocese.
