CEO drives Lexus to steal
Although he ran a real estate company, Mr. Khoa often broke into state agencies to steal property.
The Criminal Police Department of Bac Giang Police is continuing to detain Pham Van Khoa (50 years old) on charges of theft.
According to the police, Mr. Khoa is the CEO of a real estate company in Hanoi, lives a comfortable life, and has an apartment for rent. However, Mr. Khoa often drives a Lexus alone to many offices in provinces and cities to find opportunities to break in and steal.

In the early morning of June 14, Mr. Khoa jumped over the fence into the People's Committee of Tan Tien commune (Bac Giang city), entered the Accounting - Finance room and took 100 million VND from the safe.
The following night, the suspect sneaked into the headquarters of the People's Council and People's Committee of Yen The district (Bac Giang) and searched 7 offices for more than an hour. Several schools in Lang Giang and Luc Ngan districts also had many televisions, laptops, watches, necklaces taken away by Mr. Khoa.
On July 1, Mr. Khoa was caught red-handed stealing property worth more than 100 million VND at the Lao Cai City Party Committee headquarters.
According to authorities, Mr. Khoa has a previous conviction for theft.
