(Baonghean.vn) - Holding a knife, the girl stood precariously on the top floor of the Petroleum Building on Quang Trung Street, Vinh City, intending to commit suicide.
At around 4:45 p.m. on December 7, people around the Petroleum Building, Quang Trung Street, Vinh City discovered a girl climbing to the rooftop with the intention of committing suicide and quickly called the Fire Fighting and Rescue Command Center, Nghe An Provincial Police.
Receiving the information, the Fire Fighting and Rescue Command Center, Nghe An Provincial Police directed the Fire Fighting and Rescue Team No. 1 to mobilize 1 rescue vehicle, 1 ladder truck and 8 officers and soldiers to quickly arrive at the scene.
The girl was now sitting on the outer edge of the rooftop, holding a knife in her hand.
Faced with that situation, officers and soldiers of CC&CNCH Team No. 1 quickly approached, distracted, controlled, and successfully rescued the girl, ensuring her safety.
According to initial information, this young woman was born in 2004, from Quynh Luu district, Nghe An.
