In order to proactively respond to the circulation of storm No. 9 and the monsoon, the city has reviewed areas at high risk of flooding, developed specific plans to arrange forces for on-duty and rescue. In parallel with assigning responsibilities to city-level units to stick to main streets and areas at high risk of flooding, and arranging forces to ensure safety when heavy rain causes flooding, the city also specifically assigned members of the Command Committee and wards and communes to stick to each street to handle the situation during and after the flooding. The city is trying its best to minimize the damage caused by flooding.
