Solemn Memorial Ceremony on the 51st Anniversary of the Death of President Ho Chi Minh
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of September 8 (July 21, Canh Ty year), at the President Ho Chi Minh Memorial House, Kim Lien Special National Relic Site, Nam Dan, the Memorial Ceremony on the occasion of the 51st death anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (July 21, Ky Dau year 1969 - July 21, Canh Ty year 2020) was solemnly held.
Attending the ceremony were comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of departments, agencies, localities and a large number of people from all walks of life. On the side of Military Region 4, there was Major General Nguyen Duc Hoa - Member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, Deputy Political Commissar of the Military Region.

51 years ago, at 9:47 a.m. on September 2, 1969 (July 21, Ky Dau year), our beloved Uncle Ho passed away. His passing left behind endless sorrow for the entire Party, the entire people and friends around the world.
51 years have passed since Uncle Ho passed away, but his love and infinite nostalgia are still deeply imprinted in the minds and emotions of his compatriots, comrades, the Vietnamese people and friends around the world.
The Party Committee, the people of Nghe An and the people of Nam Dan will forever remember and engrave in their hearts his great gratitude and his deep affection for his homeland.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, People's Committee, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Nghe An province, comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Alternate member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Xuan Son - Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Duc Trung - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee respectfully presented and offered flowers to the soul of President Ho Chi Minh.
Leaders of Nam Dan district, Department of Culture - Sports, Kim Lien commune and representatives of Nguyen Sinh and Hoang Xuan families also performed the ceremony of offering offerings and flowers to the spirit of President Ho Chi Minh.

Delivering a memorial speech, comrade Nguyen Thi Hong Hoa - Member of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Secretary of Nam Dan District Party Committee reviewed the life, career, merits and great contributions of President Ho Chi Minh to the nation, country and homeland.
