Although people in the villages have been evacuated to safe shelters, due to living conditions and lack of food due to having to live in concentrated shelters for a long time, the lives of people in evacuation areas in Ky Son district have encountered many difficulties and shortages.
“The two communes of Muong Tip and Muong Ai are areas with a high risk of landslides during the rainy season. Following the direction of the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee, the District People's Committee and the Provincial Border Guard Command, the communes and stations have evacuated people from areas with a high risk of landslides. We propose to the district, province and the Central Government to have a plan to arrange land to move people to a stable place away from areas with a risk of landslides, so that people can stabilize their production.”

Like the people of the Central region, people in the communes in the landslide-prone areas of the mountainous district of Ky Son are in dire need of assistance from organizations, individuals, and authorities at all levels in supporting and assisting people in times of trouble due to floods. In particular, what the authorities and people here expect is that relevant agencies need to have a plan to relocate these households to safer resettlement areas, so that people can stabilize their lives in the long term./.
