Awarded 90 million VND to support building charity houses for poor households in Quy Hop
(Baonghean.vn) - On October 30, the Association for the Protection of People with Disabilities and Orphans of Quy Hop district held a ceremony to hand over a house of gratitude to the family of Ms. Hoang Thi Tinh, a poor household in Minh Hop commune (Quy Hop).

Ms. Hoang Thi Tinh's family is in a very difficult situation. Her husband, Nguyen Duy Ha, has a serious mental illness. Ms. Tinh herself is also affected by Agent Orange. Her eldest son is not very agile. The family's old house is seriously degraded and there are no conditions to rebuild the house.
In that situation, the Association for the Support of the Disabled and Orphans of Quy Hop District supported Ms. Tinh's family with 50 million VND, and some benefactors supported an additional 40 million VND for Ms. Tinh's family to build a house. After 3 months of construction, the house was completed and handed over to Ms. Tinh's family before the rainy season./.
