Nam Can Border Post, Nghe An Border Guardvisited and gave gifts to families affected by hail and tornadoes in Nam Can commune (Ky Son).
Previously, on the afternoon of April 6, a hailstorm accompanied by a tornado lasting nearly 1 hour occurred in the Na Ngoi and Nam Can communes of Ky Son district, causing the roofs of some houses to be blown off and some crops to be damaged. In Tham Hin village, 3 Mong ethnic families had their roofs completely blown off, and these households were all poor.
Immediately after receiving the news, officers and soldiers of Nam Can Border Post dispatched forces, coordinated with local authorities and other forces, to help households overcome initial damage, repair houses to soon stabilize their lives. At the same time, the unit allocated funds to visit and give gifts to families affected by natural disasters.
Nam Can Border Guard Station has given 1 million VND to households with severe damage, 500 thousand VND to households with minor damage, and hopes that the families will soon overcome difficulties and quickly stabilize their lives. Also this morning, Nam Can Border Guard Station and local authorities of Nam Can commune (Ky Son) helped households re-roof their houses, clean up, and stabilize their lives.

Nghe An Association at the Armed Police College, Provincial Police Department's Professional Records Department, Tri Le Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard)Organize the program "Warmth of Homeland" in the border commune of Tri Le, Que Phong district.
Here, disadvantaged households and students received gifts worth 30 million VND, including: 3 households with especially difficult circumstances (each household received a gift worth 1 million VND); 30 poor households (each household received a gift worth 500,000 VND); 30 excellent students (each gift worth 300,000 VND) and Tri Le Commune Kindergarten (gifts worth 3 million VND).

The Women's Union of Tan Ky town visited and gave gifts to Mr. Hoang Van Ha (son of member Tran Thi Hoa) residing in block 8. Mr. Ha had a work accident during the Lunar New Year, had to be hospitalized for a long time at the Central Hospital and was at risk of losing his toes, his health was declining; his family faced many difficulties.
The town's Women's Union presented more than 2 million VND donated by members of the Women's Union of Block 8, hoping that he would recover quickly and stabilize his life.
