Giving gifts to students in flooded and disadvantaged areas of Con Cuong and Ky Son districts
(Baonghean.vn) - On September 12, organizations and unions coordinated with local authorities of Con Cuong and Ky Son districts to visit and give gifts to students in flood-affected and disadvantaged areas.
* Con Cuong:
On September 12, the Council of the Year of the Rooster 1981 Nghe An visited and gave gifts to students and people of Moi village, Luc Da commune, Con Cuong.
Here, the delegation presented 131 gifts including: books, pens, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, candy, and Mid-Autumn lanterns.

In addition, the delegation also gave 200 new and old clothes to the people and students, 30 gifts each worth 200 thousand VND in cash to 30 students with difficult circumstances who have excelled in their studies at 2 primary schools in Moi village and Luc Da commune secondary school. The total value of the gifts given was more than 20 million VND.
The gifts that the delegation presented were extremely meaningful, demonstrating the spirit of mutual love and support, thereby promptly encouraging students in flood-hit and especially difficult areas to soon stabilize and enter the new school year.

On the afternoon of September 12, members of the Vinh City Charity Club in coordination with Na Ngoi Border Guard Station and Nghe An Border Guard gave gifts to students of Na Ngoi Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, Ky Son District.
The delegation presented a total of 280 warm blankets and candies to the students worth 40 million VND.

It is known that this is the third time the Club has mobilized and raised funds from kind-hearted people to organize gift giving for people and students in the border commune of Na Ngoi.
