The Standing Vice Chairman of Nghe An Provincial People's Committee assessed that all 5 comrades who were transferred and appointed were well-trained, suitable for their professional fields, had a lot of experience and dedication in their work; were recognized by many agencies, units and organizations, especially by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and the leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, and trusted to take on important responsibilities in new positions.
That is both a great honor and pride for each comrade; at the same time, it affirms the timely, accurate and responsible attention of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee leaders on the training of key officials of the province.
On behalf of the provincial leaders, emphasizing the nature and importance of performing tasks at the newly appointed agencies, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Hong Vinh suggested that the 5 comrades who have just been transferred and appointed from 4 departments and branches, in their newly assigned positions and responsibilities, need to identify that as leaders, they must build solidarity and unity in each agency and unit. This is an important factor determining the completion of tasks.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized; at the same time, he requested the 5 comrades to continue to promote their capacity and experience, quickly approach the work, make more efforts to meet the requirements and wishes of the provincial leaders; be ready to shoulder responsibilities, especially in the current period when the province is focusing on implementing the goals and tasks set out in the spirit of Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW dated July 18, 2023 of the Politburo on building and developing Nghe An province to 2030, with a vision to 2045.
The Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee also requested leaders of agencies and units to promptly and specifically assign tasks and create conditions for new leaders to be quickly mobilized and appointed, proactively approach work, promote their capacity and strengths to perform well the assigned tasks.
In addition, continue to promote responsibility, collaboration, build solidarity and unity among agencies and units, strengthen coordination between agencies and units to continue leading, directing, improving the quality and efficiency of work, contributing to the good implementation of the goals and targets set out in the Resolution of the 19th Provincial Party Congress.
