Over 50% of rooms were booked by tourists before the opening of Cua Lo tourism festival.

Information from Mr. Hoang Van Phuc - Vice Chairman of the People's CommitteeCua Lo communesaid that by April 8, over 50% of the rooms at accommodation establishments had been booked by guests. This number is expected to continue to increase in the coming days. This is a very positive signal when the coastal city of Cua Lo reopens to tourism after 2 years of being affected by the epidemic.

Mr. Nguyen Trong Ky - Head of Sales at Summer Cua Lo Hotel said: "As of the afternoon of April 8, the hotel had 90% of rooms full at 2 facilities (500/575 rooms). Of which 60% were local guests, 40% were guests from other localities. It is expected that the rooms will be full on the evening of April 8...".

According to statistics, the entire Cua Lo Town currently has over 300 accommodation establishments with a total of over 11,000 rooms and 22,000 beds. It is known that in 2022, Cua Lo Town has built and expanded many more spacious and modern accommodation establishments to meet the needs of tourists.

According to a survey by PV, current room prices at luxury hotels inCua Lo TownPrices range from 1 - 2 million VND/day and night. Mid-range hotels and motels range from 300,000 - 800,000 VND/day and night.

To ensure that the image of Cua Lo tourism in 2022 is always safe - friendly and hospitable in the hearts of people and tourists. The People's Committee of Cua Lo Town issued Directive No. 05 dated April 6, 2022 requiring 100% of organizations and individuals doing tourism business in the town to publicly list prices of items: food and drink, room rates, and accompanying services. Absolutely do not take advantage of crowded times to increase prices. Any establishment that violates will be strictly handled according to regulations.

In addition, to ensure epidemic prevention, accommodation establishments have applied many measures such as requiring employees and customers to comply with the "5K" recommendations; health declaration on the software system; and having a safe medical isolation plan when there is a positive case. This is closely monitored and strictly implemented by the authorities of Cua Lo Town to ensure the safety of tourists.
