Deploying accommodation management model at service establishments

Implementing the tasks of the Project on developing population data applications, electronic identification and authentication to serve national digital transformation in the period of 2022-2025, Nghe An province has deployed 43 pilot models, including a model of deploying a platform for managing accommodation at motels, guesthouses, hotels, guest houses, and public houses.

The Steering Committee of Project 06 of Nghe An province decided to pilot the implementation of accommodation notification via ASM software at Cua Dong Luxury Hotel for 1 month, then expand it to all accommodation establishments in the province.

The implementation of ASM accommodation notification software will have many utilities in managing accommodation facilities, managing guests staying at the facility, managing provided services and managing staff. It is a process from receiving guests to checking out. Receiving guest information has been integrated with the QR code scanning function on the CCCD card to help receive quickly and conveniently.

Speaking at the ceremony, the leader of Nghe An Provincial Police emphasized the implementation of the accommodation management model through ASM software connected to the national database on residents at accommodation establishments, helping the police force coordinate with hotels and motels in the area to quickly manage guests, contributing to improving the effectiveness of State management of security and order and tourism.

In order to effectively implement the notification of accommodation via ASM software, the provincial police leaders requested Cua Dong Luxury Hotel and other accommodation service establishments in the area to closely coordinate with the provincial police in organizing training, arranging infrastructure, installing machinery and equipment systems for implementation at the facility, and regularly instructing people on how to make notification of accommodation.
