Stole neighbor's motorbike, removed license plate and sold it
(Baonghean.vn) - Observing that Mr. Luong Van Tanh, residing in Na Loi village, Na Loi commune (Ky Son) came home from work and left his motorbike on the side of the road without taking out the key, Luong Van Duc took it to Muong Xen town to sell but was discovered and arrested.
On December 19, the Investigation Police Agency of Ky Son District Police issued a decision to prosecute the case and prosecute Luong Van Duc (born 2004), residing in Na Loi village, Na Loi commune (Ky Son) for the act of "Theft of property”.

Accordingly, at around 4:00 p.m. on December 9, Luong Van Duc came home from a trip and saw Luong Van Tanh parking his motorbike on the side of the road, with the key still in place. Waiting for Tanh to enter the house, Duc removed the license plate, threw it down the cliff, and drove the motorbike to Muong Xen town to sell it. After going to several stores to sell the motorbike but failing to sell it because he did not have the papers, Duc was discovered and arrested by Ky Son District Police.
It is known that Luong Van Duc is a drug addict.
