Bustling Mid-Autumn Festival in resettlement village

On the night of September 6, Thanh Chuong District Youth Union coordinated with the Facebook group Thanh Chuong 2 Compatriots, the Khong Dong car team, Thanh Chuong Volunteer Club, Thanh Chuong District Police and Thanh Son Commune to organize the program "Happy Mid-Autumn Festival" for children in the area. Thanh Son is one of two resettlement communes of Thanh Chuong district established in 2009, the people's lives are still difficult. The commune has 16 villages with 5,505 people (Thai people account for 73%, Kho Mu 25%, Kinh people and other ethnic groups 2%), including nearly 1,000 children. Every year, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival, the children here eagerly welcome the Full Moon Festival right at the commune People's Committee yard. On this occasion, Thanh Chuong District Youth Union presented 10 new bicycles, Thanh Chuong 2 fellow countrymen group and "no-dong car" presented 900 gifts in kind, 79 gifts in cash to the children. In addition, the children also received many gifts such as notebooks, pens, candies... from the departments.
