Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission presents gifts to Que Phong students
(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of September 16, the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee coordinated with the Department of Culture and Sports, the Provincial Youth Union, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho's statue, and the People's Committee of Que Phong district to present gifts and organize a talk about Uncle Ho for students of Thong Thu Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities.
The program was attended by comrades: Ngoc Kim Nam - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission; Bui Cong Vinh - Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports; Nguyen Thi Phuong Thuy - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Youth Union; Nguyen Thi Lan Huong - Head of the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho's statue, and leaders of Que Phong district.

The program awarded 273 gifts including blankets, pillows, and mosquito nets to students of Thong Thu Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, Que Phong District. The gifts were contributed by officials and specialists of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Committee, the Provincial Youth Union, the People's Committee of Do Luong Town, and philanthropists. In addition, the Department of Culture and Sports also presented 10 gifts to poor students who have overcome difficulties.

The delegation visited the boarding area of Thong Thu Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, Que Phong District. The school has 326 students, 100% of whom are Thai ethnic children, including 273 boarding students.
Within the framework of the working trip, to encourage teachers and students to enter the new school year with an excited, enthusiastic and determined spirit, the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh Square and Uncle Ho's statue organized a talk on "Homeland and family traditions - factors forming Ho Chi Minh's personality and patriotic ideology".
On the same day, during the working program in Que Phong, the delegation of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission also visited and presented gifts to the "Skilled Mass Mobilization" model in Dong Van commune, Que Phong district; awarded 10 scholarships to poor students who overcame difficulties and excelled in their studies at Dong Van Secondary School and Dong Van 1 Primary School.
