Nhang Tham Village is currently a residential community merged from two villages, Nhang Village and Tham Village. The village has 154 households with 700 people, of which 95% are Thai ethnic people.
Over the past years, thanks to the attention of Party committees and authorities at all levels and the efforts of the people, the material and spiritual life of Nhang Tham villagers has been constantly improved.

Technical infrastructure in the village has been invested synchronously, 100% of the internal roads have been concreted, cultural and sports facilities have been invested in; many economic models have been promoted by the people, bringing remarkable results; the village landscape environment has been proactively implemented by the villagers, bringing high efficiency.
Currently, more than 80% of Nhang Tham village households have achieved the title of cultural family, the poverty rate of the village is only 9.7%. The village Party cell has 56 party members, on average admitting 2 outstanding people to the party every year. In 2018, the village was recognized as meeting new rural standards.

Speaking and sharing joy with the people of Nhang Tham village on the National Great Unity Day, comrade Ho Le Ngoc - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Committee, former Secretary of the Quy Hop District Party Committee, shared that this is also an opportunity for him to return to the land where he has been attached to and worked for many years.

Only when the root is strong can the tree be strong, and a victorious tower can be built on the people's foundation," comrade Ho Le Ngoc also noted that Nhang Tham village needs to continue to have solutions to effectively implement the movement to mobilize the entire people to unite to build new rural areas, take care to build the cause of great national unity, build many typical models in all areas of social life, create consensus to help each other eliminate hunger, reduce poverty, and get rich legally.
Comrade Ho Le Ngoc also requested the Party Committee, government and people of Chau Cuong commune in general and Nhang Tham village in particular to promptly and effectively implement the contents of the resolutions of Party congresses at all levels.

At the Festival, on behalf of the provincial leadersComrade Ho Le Ngocpresented Nhang Tham village with a photo of "Uncle Ho and Uncle Ton" and 5 million VND; presented a solidarity house to Vi Van Ha's family in Dong Tien village; presented 10 gifts worth 500,000 VND each fromFund for the Poorof the province. The Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Internal Affairs Commission personally presented the village with 5 million VND and gave Sam Thi Bao Trang, a child in difficult circumstances, 1 million VND.
